A long time ago, there lived fishes in the sea that have the abilities to transform into human. The thing is that the fish could not stay in the human form for more than 3 days without changing back into fish. If one wait until the last 5 minutes to change back, he/she will have to stay under ocean for 67360 days. If one max out 3 days, he/she will turn into a tiny particle that floats in the sea.
The story is about a fish called Parrakawa Luttiqqka, those who know her always call her Palu. Palu’s dream is to be able to transform into a human permanently without having to change back into her original fish form.
The color of Palu the fish is the lighter version of yellow sapphire. The fish’s body has a shiny silver diagonal checkered pattern. The line is very thin but when the sun shines on it, they can be seen glimmering. At the end of each diagonal checkered pattern is a tiny diamond.
Palu’s tail is emerald green and her fin is sapphire blue color with tints of Spessertite Garnet orange at the start. The inside part of her pupils is green color and the outer part is blue color. Unlike most other fishes that don’t have lips, she has a red lip.
Palu Ventures to the Ogre House
One day, Palu swims to the seaweeds at the bottom of the sea and starts to bite little pieces off them. After she is full, she turns around and some pink particles flow towards her and she eats them too. Then, she swims zig zag following the pebbles on the ground in a casual light hearted mood. Upon following the 5th stone, she joins a school of silver fish that is larger than her. The school of silver fish has small diamond flakes all over their bodies. Palu join them on the left.
Suddenly, a big gray fish with sharp teeth heads on towards them and the school of fish quickly swim away to the right. Palu went blur all of a sudden and quickly swim under the big fish. There are bubbles blown out from the nose of the giant fish. She can’t see anything. Fortunately, the big gray fish turns around and swims away. Palu feels a whip of water as the big gray fish turns around and swim away. After swimming around and seeing nothing, she swims away alone.
Right after that, Palu swims pass a giant pink fish with bulging head and a school of fish with horizontal green yellow rectangle blocks pattern. Finally, she arrives at her friend’s house in a cave. The cave house has two jagged rectangle holes as windows and a vertical rectangle door.
The cave house is well furnished like a house. Its front yard has blue, purple, gray, orange, rusty brown orange color flowers. Inside the house, it is furnished with contemporary couch with three deep blue cushion on top and pink sea sponge cushions at the bottom, old fashion tv, pictures of friends hanging on the wall, and light green seaweed grass carpet. The seagrass is about 1 foot tall. Staying still on top of the ceiling is the light prawn with green yellow stripe giving out a white light with tint of blue.
Near the door, is a vertical rock hanged with keys on special promo. There is a rock table where the vertical stand is hanged with various keys that Gerb have made. On the upper right corner of the room is a tall vase with a red flowering plants. Palu goes over to look at the plant and touches one of the red flowers. The flower turns blue purple and moves into somewhere in the middle of the red flowers bouquet in the vase.
Her friend, Gerb Golleys, a blue green yellow fish with purple top and orange fin is in there. Gerb is a key maker and she can make all kinds of safe boxes. Palu makes a bargain with Gerb that she could help her steal the flowers she is looking for if she lend her the key to the safe in the dwarf ogre Hehkatikawwiyt house on top.
Hehkatikwwiyt has a hobby of collecting all sorts of leaves and flowers, some are rare and have magical powers. Palu wants to go there to steal the red leaf so that she could exchange it for a potion with the sea witch. She heard that she could have the possibility of transforming into human permanently if should drink one drop of the Iiwahakahalaliya mountain stream water and the potion made by the sea witch.
Her friend, Gerb, wants the pink flower that is in the same safe that Palu wants to steal from. She wants the pink flower to trace its shape and make keyholes for a safe that the whale has assigned her to do. The blue whale Buuuotser wants a safe to store all his collection of crustacean that is too beautiful for him to eat.
On the wall, there are 5 framed photos. The first photo shows Gerb with her prawn squid monster. The second photo shows her with the pink giant shark monster. Another photo shows Gerb with her little brother and sister. The fourth photo shows her wearing a skirt with two other friend. The fifth photo shows her with a monster fish that can change to human and walk on two tail.
Gerb gives Palu the order, “Never go near or come into contact with the nail stuff that Hehkatikawwiyt uses to decorate his long soiled fingernails. Or, you, my pretty diamond fish girl, will be scorched and shrunk like banana peel burned on the grill that those wretch worth for nothing human uses to grill us.”
Gerb continues, “The second thing to remember is don’t you be so itchy finger to touch or try on the ogre clothes or you’ll turn into a gray mice. Here is the key, Wear it around you. Don’t lose it. When you come back, pass the key back to me,”
Gerb gives her a hexagon silver box that contains the key. On each side is a gold pipe ring with 2 thick lines at the bottom and 4 thin lines on top. On top of the cover is a sun dial. When the outer cover is opened, the inner deep blue cover will pop up on its own to reveal the light yellow narwhale tusk key.
On the underside of the hexagon box is two rings where a string is tied. When the sun shines on the surface of the box, the color will change to blue green yellow orange color through light reflection.
Palu Steals the Red Curling Leaf
Palu puts the string over her and wears the key. The box is quite heavy and pushing her down but she is determined to swim up to the surface. When she reaches the surface, there are beluga whales spraying water from their water holes. She cried, “Oh no, no. The key, key.” She nearly lose the pentagon shape key box when the beluga spray the water from its nose hole towards her. The beluga didn’t see her.
After swimming pass the school of beluga whales, she comes across a shark that happens to be eating a bird drop dead on the ocean water. Upon reaching the shore, Palu walks on the shore with her two tails as if they are her two leg. In an instant, she transforms into a human woman. When transform into a human, she always wear a light yellow long gown with diamonds above the shoulder and a belt in the waist. She heads to the house of the dwarf ogre.
Palu opens a cabinet door and pulls a secret handle at the bottom. Then, another compartment molded the shape of the vase pop out from the left. In the compartment is the china vase with 2 handles lying down horizontal.
She takes out the vase and stands it on a round wood table with round glass on top. She put the china vase on top of the table and lifts the white upper hand. The back drawer and its small handle push out on their own. In the drawer is 2 rolling keys with 3 columns of rollable digits.
She turns the key to 29 and the down box open. She takes out 5 pink flowers with purple lines in the middle. Next, she presses a small red button in front of the vase and another back box open. Inside the back box is 2 boxes.
She opens the first box by lifting the upper cover. In it, she found the red curling leaf that she has been looking for. She bites the leaf in her mouth, put the key back into the silver key box and hurry to the seashore. In an instant, she transforms back into a fish.
Palu Visits the Sea Witch
Next, Palu goes to the sea witch. The sea witch has black and red hair and grey white purple body. When Palu comes in, she uses her magic power to take the red curling leaf from her and seal it in a jar. Then, she said, “What’s your business here girl?”. Palu replies, “I want to be a human”.
The sea witch says, “Why don’t you want to stay in the ocean? ” With her fin, she stirs up a red gas in a pot and then add one drop of the sweat of 3 different sea slugs and a pinch of dust. He packs the potion into a bottle jar and tells her to drink the potion when coming to the last destination before the mountain. Holding the potion in her fin, Palu left the place of the sea witch.
Palu accidentally swallows the potion when she gets nervous that her friend, Kurawapatawe is coming. Palu says to Kurawapatawe, “I just went to the sea witch and she give…tell me to drink this red potion which I did. Do you want to accompany me to Ii…wa…hakaha…la..liya mountain and join me to be human.”
Kurawapatawe replies, “Sounds good. I’ll go and call my friends to see if they will join us too.” When Kurawapatawe goes to the reef village to find her friends, a big fish was there and everything is in chaos. So, the two decide to go on the journey by themselves instead.
They come to a place that is difficult to cross. Then, they meet with a big fish called Iikoj who is willing to take them to the destination. “Hey. Mr., sir, kindly tell us which is the way to go to Iiwahakahalaliya Mountain.” Iikoj tells them to stay near the teeth otherwise they may accidentally gets swallowed. While traveling, the fish opens its mouth and lots of rush of water come. The big fish is swallowing a lot of small fishes. Palu and her friend eat the seaweed that flows in.
Suddenly, the big fish comes across a sea monster. The sea monster wouldn’t let her pass and starts a duel with him. The sea monster uses her tentacle to punch the big fish and the big fish topple over. Palu and her friend come out of the fish’s mouth swimming fast to avoid getting seen by the sea monster.

They head to the sea circus with a shell like cave roof. In the circus star fishes stands up until very high then blow bubbles. The lobster and starfish play skipping rope. There is an octopus throw 16 balls up spinning sideway fast. There are two starfishes throwing sacks to and fro to each other.

In the shell, there are some moss so Kurawapatawe eats the moss until her friend wakes up. When Palu wakes up, they bid the shell goodbye. They meet a sea lizard after swimming for a while. The lizard tells them to hold on to the spikes at the bike as she swims fast and take them to their destination. They come to a place where 3 giant fish is on patrol so the sea lizards take the route of the cave.
In the cave, a fire breathing lizard is sleeping. The lizard manages to find a way out. Halfway the lizard, who is swimming too fast, collides with a big fish and died.
Palu and Her Friend Meets the Lava Ogre
Now they are on their own in a tin can. They empty the stones in the tin can and it floats to the ocean surface. On the ocean surface it starts to rain heavily. After the rain, the tin can floats to near to a log and touch it. They swim out of the tin can and climb onto the log since both fish can walk on two tail.
A man on a boat saw two fish on a log. Curious, he uses a fishing net to haul up the log. They put the two fishes in two different jug that is filled with water. The two fishes jump out and transform into human. They shout at the sailors and the sailors shout back. Then, they shout back again more hysterically and the sailors are so afraid they jump into the sea.
Ahead comes a boat with an ogre where the skin is like crack molten lava. The body has lesser pattern and the neck has even lesser pattern, near the face also has some deep lava crack pattern. His eyes are yellow orange. He rolls the sail up and sits down and then he hums a tune. When they see the boat, they let down the backup boat and reach to the ogre named Fittuyadf. The monster gives the two a hand into the boat. They tell the ogre they need help in reaching the Iiwahakahalaliya mountain.
Fittuyadf said, “Want me to sing for you?” They say no but he still hum the tune. He asks, “Would you like to taste some of the delicious lava soup I make for myself?” They didn’t want any. The boat has a small room in the middle.
Palu asks the ogre, “Can you take us to Iiwahakahalaliya mountain.”
Fittuyadf replies, “What? OK. Lets make a deal. I’ll take you there on condition that you two will become my slaves in turn.” The two thought the ogre is not serious so they say, “OK Sir, whatever you say. Just take us there.”
He told them, “Soon misses, I’ll be rowing the boat pass the lair that belonged to the blue dragon, Heyuttiwe. Be careful not to stir a sound or burp or fart or walk or talk or sing or even just to move your finger and feet a bit. We’ll want to keep the noise down so that Heyuttiwe will not be awaken.”
Soon, they pass through the part of the sea where a sea dragon head is seen on the ocean surface floating. The dragon is sleeping. That part of the sea water is boiling hot with bubbles and their boat is burning up with flame.
Just when the boat is about to be completely burned, the ogre transforms into a big red orange lava fish with a big fin on top. The ogre says, “Hurry up! Grab on to my fin and stay still. ” The two ride on top of the lava fish’s back and the lava fish swim for hours before reaching the cool ocean.
They come to an island where there is a group of native people. They join them in bonfire celebration at night. The enemies from the cloud kingdom chase after the ogre up to the volcano. When Fittuyadf sees this, he flies into one of the small volcano hole on the side. While flying inside the volcano tunnel, the volcano lava is reaching them. At the same time, there is also an earthquake and rocks are flying up in the tunnel. The ogre accidentally rolls down in the tunnel to a flat surface and all 3 become unconscious. A winged creature with thin leg decide to save them.
